On Jan 16th, 2009, Guangzhou passed the overall regulation on dog breeding. The rule took effect on Jul 1st 2009.
One dog per househeld address.
The dogs have to be vaccinated and licensed once reach 3 months old.
If you do not follow the regulation, you will face fine upto 2000 CNY.
